The staff, especially Oliver, Marc, Mario, and Monty, were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was cozy and cute, making it feel like staying at a friend's house. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

The noise from the cleaners in the morning was disruptive and there was a fair amount of noise from guests as well. the hotel's location was a bit far from the main train station, requiring a tram ride and a walk, and there was no air conditioning in the rooms, which could be problematic in warmer weather.
